Food has always been my wayof saying,“I care about you.”

I learned to cook at my grandmother's stove, where a good meal was never just a good meal. It was how you welcomed people in, brought everyone together, and made sure they felt cared for.

I carried that with me into motherhood—and, eventually, into Luv's Kitchen. For more than 20 years, I've poured that same warmth into the food I prepare and the people I serve.

Because to me, homemade means more than made from scratch.

It means made with someone in mind.
